Whoa................. absolutely heartbreaking!!!!

You know.. This is over of my absolute favorite fandom pairings, ever. And yet, I'm really hung up on happy endings with these two, which is crazy, right? Let's forget the silly optimism of fantasy and think about what they really are and what they really do and happy ending is NOT really in the cards (probably why it's preferred.. ). So I mostly avoid sad stuff, but once in a blue moon you come across a story that tugs at the heartstrings so acutely, that it's worth it to go through the angst without the "happy ending" reward.
