Given the fact there's 1400+ views and no reviews, I'll say what nobody else seems to want to. It's got roughly 50,000 tags, except the story contains none of them, and the story itself is roughly a page. It is indeed permissible to add tags later on.
I'm not criticizing your writing, that's fine. It's just at this point in time (after Ch.2) you're blatantly lying to readers.
