Eeeii! Then another chapter so soon! I LUV YOU!!!
I adore all the sweetness! It is wonderful! I know it seems strange to say, but when Vince gets all quiet/scared whenever he tells Cid something that he thinks will make him walk away, I grin like an idiot. 1, because it's strangely cute, 2, because I know Cid will make him feel better. XD
And, I have no idea if this plays any intregal part in the story/future plot/symbolism type thing, but at the end of the chapter, Vince is sleeping with his left hand over Cid's side. Not under his head/pillow. Does that have purposeful significance, as was stated previously that he ALWAYS slept with his left hand under his pillow, or was it just a weird little thing I caught? ^-^''

Okay. Now. I plan on this being a long and in-depth review on your amazing ficcie, but be warned, I'll probably drift off into fangirl squeals about halfway through. XD So bear with me, if you will.
First off, wow. Just...wow. ...Wow. How can I go more in-depth than that? I am in awe of your writing skills, my friend. I mean, wow. XD Vincent and Cid were both completely in-character, the fluff was the fluffiest, the almost-lemons were...hot. Quite...hot. <_< *AHEM* *Cold shower*

Other then that everything previous has been too good for mere words to describe, I'll comment on what you said in the Intermission.
1. I think the uke/seme roles you've worked out work really well, aside from the fact that Vince keeps saying he doesn't know too much about sex. He seems to know more then he's letting on, to be able to do so much and leave Cid a pile of drooling goo! XD I think that eventually, once Cid can get his brain back in order, he should top at least once, but until then, things are finely hot as they are. ^-^
2. Stories and such seem to take on life and begin write themselves after they gain a bit of force, don't they? It goes right out of your hands! Damm things...
Anyway, the point of topic #2 is that I think the 'Question' was absolutely fine, totally reasonable, and even well timed. It may seem ruched, but they HAVE been together for quite some time, if not in a 'real' relationship yet, and they are so obviously in love. Cid asking his awkward little question was sweet, Vince's reaction was even better, and they get to go on an actual honeymoon too! *cheer*
3. I know exactly how you feel about the realtion between write and reader, known or not. Reactions of readers, or lack here of, has always been a fear of my own, which has kept me from writing as well. Hopefully, a class I'm taking in college this year help me to deal with it better. My point is, as long as you have at least one interested reader, you should be proud. I love this story, I've bookmarked her and everything, just to check back everyday for updates (I sound like a stalker...)! My opinion? I love it! Everything! The relationship, the events, the proposal, EVERYTHING! Don't get down, you have at least one faithful reader in me! =)

This is really good fluff. And I mean really GOOD fluff. As a very BIG fluff fan, I read a lot of fluff, and this is very good fluffy. It's SuperUltraMega fairy floss like. It's verry sweet and verry fluffy. I seriously love it.
Every scene is done well, from the first chapter to the end. All of it is very good writing and very in character.
I really love your writing and your story. If you want, I'll use pom-poms to proclaim it to the heavens.
