Excellent. I give it a definite 9/10, which is pretty damn good for a first fic! I want to point out what I liked...
1) structure. You had the seduction, the turn, then the charm spell, the sex, and the conversion. Lots of people forget the conversion.
2) style... I liked your attention to detail in the dialogue.
3) completeness- none of it seemed rushed. You took your time and enjoyed writing it.
