Loving this! I've been looking for more good Cid/Vince, and this shows all the signs of being a real keeper. Please say it won't be long til the next update! Nothing worse than WIP's!

Been watching this fic from the start, so I was happy to see a new chapter. Shera having an affair was a new one, but now Cid's available! :D The Vin/Shelke stuff creeped me out... please, less of that and more CidVin. -waves her Valenwind flag-

I love "The Nightmare's Beginning" and I hope that you continue it. I'm looking forward to reading the next chapter. The interaction between Cid and Vincent is beautiful. The passage about Cid's reaction to Vincent in pajammas is my favorite in the fic: His white snow skin just matched perfectly in the scenery... –Like a porcelain doll...perfect and beautiful...these thoughts again? but...why?- wondered the pilot, without pulling his gaze from Vincent.
A run through a grammer check program or getting a beta reader would improve this, but it's still gorgeous. I like the imagery and Cid's hesitance. I hope to see more from you.
