I do so enjoy your story. It is quite painful. I mean, how does one that carry's imortal souls die? How can one endure all that pain of the world changing around them and loosing all that was dear to them.
I find your story very well written and enjoyable.

This is such a moving story. I loved Vincent's relationship with Reeve, ClOUD and Nanaki.
There is a desolate fatality and pessimisism that Vincent exudes so well.
I actually cried reading of the last three deaths that Vincent 'lived' through and I certainly feel pity for him as he realises that he cannot kill himself (at least not using that method)
I need to see how this ends and so I await the next chapters.

Oh, so Shion wasn't the OC Vincent is paired with? Okay. ^w^
Moving on, I think the bit with Nanaki is my favorite, too. It really sets the stage for what Vincent does in the next scene. Kind of like the straw that broke the camel's back, so to speak. And the imagery of Vincent under the tree... *shivers* Damn, Draco, you know how to give a person chills. Even with forewarning. X3

While all the funerals were sad (when are they not?), I can't help but say "Yay!" Cloud and Vinny are finally together! XD I had to wonder when it would happen, and I almost can't wait to see how much ice Cloud can melt off poor Vincent's heart. (=> ... That is, if it can even be melted at this point in the story. XP Guess I'll just have to keep reading to find out, won't I? ;3
