I apologize, Mitts! I certainly know by now that you are a skillful and amazing storyteller. And yet I still haven't read everything you've written. Bad, BAD friend!
OK - you've got me intrigued. I'm guessing that's Cloud strung up on the wall. And that Seri... what's-his-name will come to the rescue.
Or maybe not - you did say the story was dark and angsty ;-) A reviewer on Collateral Damage mentioned the story and asked why you hadn't updated. (Or, when you would.)
So, I rushed over to see!

Ah, that's the Seraphim I know and love from Pam Nunn! (Obviously I need to learn how to spell his name. Sorry about that.)
Wonder why all the bad guys in the world don't use the trick of hurting someone else to get what they want from a prisoner. Guess some unprincipled ones would ignore and/or enjoy it.
But never OUR sweet victims.

Biggs and Wedge, really? Star Wars fan much? :D It makes me happy to see another fan in another fandom, you know. Is Cloud playing the part of Luke here? :D Is Sephiroth Darth Vader? :D I'm having fun here, can you tell?
Seriously though, I like the story. I've seen it on Fanfiction.net and pssed it up there, but seeing it here, I thought, "What the hey? Why not?" and read it. Very serious up until I say the Star Wars reference. I laughed.
