YAY NEW CHAPTER!!!! *does happy dance* Once again I am impressed!!! This chapter was soooooooo good!!! Poor Cloudy was about 2 get raped....but thank gaia for Zacky!!! And it was so kool when Zack kicked those guys asses, they soooo got what was comein 2 them LOL. Awww and Cloud sees that Zack is alive!!!! Ohhhh I can't wait for the next chapter as always!!!! I thought this chapter was well written. I love the idea for the rhoka stone.

And the dialogue involved in the hotel scene was so hilarious and amusing, it made you just sigh and think 'God I love Zack!' And let that be a lesson to those assholes, don't touch Zack's baby!

I really like this chapter, I seen in the previous for the next one that Cloud unleashes his wrath on Zack. I am so looking forward to it.

Awww, what a cliffie. Can't wait to see how this is going to go down though. I'm guessing Cloud is going to have a hard time deciding whether hes more angry or relieved.

Right after that cab driver spoke, I was like, "Did he really just say that? I mean really?" But I just grinned; I love this guy.
And you weren't kidding when you said you upped the angst 'a bit,' but you're right; it makes the whole reunion (in no way, shape or form related to Jenova) worth it. I mean, you really get how much Cloud really loves Zack, and it's only after he's 'dead' that he can admit this to himself.
Damn, Zack is the master of one-liner comebacks! Sympathy burn, ow.
Oh jeez, I can only laugh at what's to come. Cloud notices Zack's boner and Zack sees Cloud's wet pants. That thought alone, I can't stop laughing. No matter how much I want them to be together, I just know that that's going to cause a very awkward (but still utterly hilarious) scene. Well, that is if the story goes that way. It's still a funny thought.
And '80's wannabe' and his 'two dip shits' is just enough description. Ya know, it's the little things that I really appreciate; the cab driver's funny speech patterns, the inn-keeper's bitchy-ness, the biased narration, the short to-the-point descriptions. And you have mastered the dramatic pause spacing. Kudos to you.

Yay! Loving this fic - and I agree with you about needing more happy ZC fics, though honestly nothing but angst and grief seems to surround Cloud in general. Can't wait for the next.

You and I must be kindred souls then because we feel the same way about Zack death fics. I really never understood how one moment people could be like Zack is their favorite character but then they are killing him off in their stories. Huh??? Anyway I love this so far, although Zack does really need to get a smack on the back of his head for screwing with Clouds already fragile mental state. After Cloud smacks him around for letting him believe that he was still dead and not revealing himself, Zack should do something special to make it up to him. Looking forward to the next chapter.
