This was the best! I want more of it. I loved the characterisation. I love the setting and scenario, and if Setzer could do a little longing for Shadow later on, all the better. You just don't see many MM with Setzer, and it's bothersome. I mean, yeah, I love him with Terra but some guy action is very appreciated even if it's not completely mutual. Your narrative style is great too. It's clean and clear, and there are no needless words. Something I myself need to work on a bit, just a bit. I like that you chose Shadow, the guy is a puzzle of sorts and I like how you put some pieces to him. I don't know if you even write stories anymore but this was amazing. Please never just randomly delete it.

This was great. Shadow is awesome, steeped in mystery and all the danger associated with his class. Setzer is cool. It reads like a chapter in a certain spy novel set in feudal Japan of which I'm exceptionally fond. Really great stuff.
