Well, it's not the best writing I've read, but it's far, far from the worst, and it's definitely cute and interesting. Plus it's a fresh take on the time travel trope, which is my biggest guilty pleasure, without being so extremely ridiculous that I can't overlook the plot holes (besides, it sorta seems like you'll fill them in as you go).
I think you've underestimated Zack a bit; I think his 23-year-old mentality would be a little smoother than this; he is the FF7-verse king of suave after all. And everything feels like it's advancing at a really fast pace--they have two years but Zack has basically spilled everything in a single day.
Other than that though, I really like it and can't wait for more. I look forward to your updates!

So I went to your page to see what else you'd written that I might like and realized I'd already read a bunch of your stuff. I pulled up Jar of Dirt anyway to refresh my memory on it's plot and realized you swiped it's intro and reused it here in All Roads. Cheeky! :P But I don't blame you; I always hate writing the introductions of a story: "where to start, where to start? What do I absolutely need to describe/explain to set this up properly?" and all that.
Anyway, you have my support. I hope the plot bunnies and muses and whatever else drive your writing in this direction in the coming months. Please don't be the next installment of "interesting time-travel/re-do story that 'goes on hiatus' and dies halfway through" because I don't know if I can take another heartbreak ^_~ (Looking at you, Fusion, Green Dreams, Almost Karma, Redemption, and so, so many others: you guys _break_ my heart!)

Okay, this is just bloody amusing and well writ.
I'll be checking back for updates in a little while.
Seems you are doing fine as far as writing goes, and
I hope you continue this story.
Wouldn't mind much if they /did/ alter the outcome of
