Chapter Eighteen: THE END
Chapter Eighteen
For two days Squall came down, using the barb wire, the knife and the red fluid on Seifer. He was getting use to that pain so Squall decided tonight was going to be different. As usual he came down the elevator and into Seifer's cell.
"Well Seifer, tonight is different. We will try...the yellow this time." Squall said and quickly injected the blonde with it. Seifer gazed at him and seen Squall bring out a hammer. The gag was put in place and Seifer whimpered. "Seifer, tsk. You're such a waste." Squall said and brought the hammer down on the blonde's hand, breaking the bones.
'What? I didn't even feel it.' Seifer thought and Squall frowned. "Well that's no fun." He said and injected a clear fluid. "This cancels out the yellow, so pretty soon you'll start to feel your hand." He said and if on cue, Seifer screamed as the searing pain travled from his hand. "Much better." Squall said.
While humming a tune Squall brought out a small box with a button and a wrap, a wire connecting the two together. He put it aside and filled the syringe with the green liquid this time. After injecting Seifer with it he waited a moment for it to start working. Seifer closed his eyes briefly and opened them again after Squall slapped him. "No sleeping. I guess you need something to wake you." Squall said.
Squall lit a match and held it against Seifer's cheek. He screamed and tried to move away, but couldn't. "So green makes you paralyzed. How...enjoyable." Squall said and grabbed Seifer's pants by the waist band. "Okay now, lets make sure you'll never get off on raping a person again." Squall said and pulled them down, plus underware.
He took the cloth with the wire and strapped it to Seifer's flaccid manhood and scrotum. With a smile Squall pushed a button on the box, sending an electrical current to the wrap around his groin. Seifer yelled and tried to will his body to move, to pull that shit off him. Squall stopped it and pushed the button again, getting another scream. Tears streamed down Seifer's face as he started crying. "Please! Please stop!" He begged around the gag and Squall looked at him, disgusted.
"YOU didn't stop when I begged! When I cried!" Squall yelled and ripped the wrap off, putting it in the bag. He punched the blonde a few times before forcing Seifer on his stomach, still chained and still on the bed.
"I know what you need!" Squall hissed. "You want something up your ass." He said and grabbed a old beer bottle from the bag. Seifer's voice cracked as he screamed again as Squall pushed the neck of the bottle into the tight entrance. "No! Stop it!" Seifer yelled, crying and Squall shoved it harder, thrusting it in and out of him. "Oh, I know you like it. You thought I liked it when you did it to me!" Squall yelled.
He pulled out the bottle and threw it against the wall, breaking it. Squall took out the hammer again, but this time he forced the handle in place of the bottle. Seifer's voice almost went out as his screams welled up again. Squall growled and grabbed a needle and thread from the bag.
"This will shut you the hell up!" Squall yelled and grabbed Seifer's head. Green eyes went larger and yelled as the needle peirced his lower lip. Within a short time his mouth was sealed shut and Squall put the needle away. With a few thrusts of the handle, Squall pulled it out, putting it away.
After pulling Seifer's pants up, Squall just focused on beating him unconscience until a voice yelled. "Squall!? Stop it!" Selphie grabbed him and he grabbed his bag, throwing it out of the door where it skidded under some machinary. "Leave me alone Selphie. He deserves all of it." He said and many SeeD's appeared, gasping as they saw the battered Seifer.
Cid appeared and his eyes widened. "Irvine, Zell, Nida and Selphie. Take Squall and place him under Garden arrest. He will be taken in after Seifer is removed." Cid said and the four went over to Squall, reluctanly handcuffing him and taking him out.
As the other SeeD's went into the cell, they noticed Seifer's mouth. "The Commander sewed his mouth shut!?" A male exclaimed and the thread was cut, then removed. Cid noticed the blood on his pants and gave the unconscience man a Hi-Potion. The wounds healed mostly and Seifer was unchained. Him, Raijin and Fuijin were brought out to a waiting car and it took off to the city.
Cid now stood in front of Squall and sighed. "Squall, you are being sent to the Psyciatric Hospital. I'm going to call your father and inform him what you did." He said. "What did you do to Seifer in there?" Cid asked and Squall shrugged. "A little of this, a little of that." Squall said and Cid sighed. "I'm sending a letter with you four to give to the head of the hospital." Cid said and with salutes they left, taking Squall.
FOUR MONTHS LATER
Squall had been released from the hospital and was back at Garden. He was assigned Community Service for his crime and many were outraged by it. Seifer was in prison, his sentance was to serve 30 years and Raijin and Fuijin were to servy only 10-15. Squall knew he wouldn't fully recover from the assault, but now he knew he can live through it.
