Cloud stood still for a moment before retaining the ability for reply.
"Chaos, I promised you something else as well- A night."
Chaos paused before whispering.
"You don't have to."
Cloud murmured. "I want to."
/He's serious./ Vincent breathed.

Cloud stood up straight, pressing his lips to Chaos's.
"I'm serious, Chaos." he said when separate.
Chaos murmured. "I don't want to hurt you."
"You won't."
Chaos murmured. "Are you so certain of that?"
"Yes."
Chaos hesitated still. Cloud smiled tenderly, raising one hand to hold Chaos's face.
"I trust you. I don't know when this happened. But I do." Cloud said softly.
"You pity me."
"That's not all of it." Cloud insisted gently.
Chaos stood still, even as Cloud embraced him.
"Chaos."
"Cloud?"
"I want you to take me."
