“Now where were we?

With that Cloud ran out of the room leaving the two.

“Do you really not know what they’re talking about? I thought you were always on top of everything Hojo was doing…” Sephiroth had an obsession about figuring out what antics his “father” was up to at any given point in time. He liked to do it because he would routinely go to the labs for “check-ups” and use the time to tell Hojo how stupid he was for whatever the current project was. Hoping to crush the mad scientist’s optimism was one of Sephiroth’s few joys in life.

Cloud reached the main room and noticed that he was still dressed in the skimpy costume. In the excitement of Sephiroth requesting his assistance Cloud forgot he was wearing the embarrassing outfit.

However, he had to focus now! Hojo and another man were sitting in the corner looking at some sort of plans. Cloud dispelled his embarrassment and strode over to the secluded table.

Hojo frowned and could think of only one comeback, “Be in my lab tomorrow.”

“Zack, I’m sure General Sephiroth would never have something as juvenile as that on his mind, right?”
