Summary: It was a mark of one owned, possessed, dominated.
A/N: Written from prompt: Rufus, Genesis: fantasies – “The skin the turtleneck doesn’t quite conceal, I can’t help but wonder which one of them marked it.”
His father was going to lecture him later, Rufus knew. He hadn’t been paying attention the entire meeting. It showed in his attitude, his very posture. Slouched down in his plush office chair and idly tapping a pen against the small blotter, Rufus was the picture of youthful arrogance and sullen disinterest in the general surroundings.
Except for a very deep pondering of the man across from him. One Genesis Rhapsodos.
The young executive had been completely entranced with the new anthropomorphized version of SOLDIER. They enraptured him, caught his attention in ways that nothing else ever had. He watched them closely and with unconcealed interest. The way they moved had gone from powerfully graceful to fucking otherworldly. And call him a pervert, but the fluffy ears and tails were something of an infatuation. It was rather entertaining to watch them, the wolves, as they struggled at first to contain their new appendages. Ears would twitch with irritation in blatant opposition to their neutral faces and give away their feelings at every turn. It took several months for the SOLDIERs to learn to control the flicking of ears and tails, but it took nothing away from their exotic appeal.
And there was something about the redhead…he was captivating. Genesis had always been a sensual creature, and since the hybridization he’d been even more so. The red wolf smiled, and Rufus shifted in his chair to ease the ache in his pants. That small, sultry smile hadn’t been meant for him…or any of them really. Genesis was looking at Sephiroth out of the corner of his eye, thick lashes swooping down to cover the amused sparkle to those mako blues. Sephiroth looked as if he was very much intent on the meeting, but when Rufus looked closely he could see the angle of the silver wolf’s arm highly implied that his hand was probably creeping up Genesis’ thigh.
And today…just above the edge of the redhead’s shirt was a bite mark. Not just a hickey but a thorough bite. That skin the turtleneck doesn’t quite conceal, he can’t help but wonder which one of them marked it. It was a mark of one owned, possessed, dominated.
Had it been Angeal? Or Sephiroth? Or an over exuberant Puppy?
What would it be like, he wondered, to have that wild creature at his command? What would it be like to mark that smooth, pale neck? To have all that untamed power underneath him...it was a turn on like no other.
I could only be trumped by being hybridized himself.
It was another dream, a very secret one, he’d never let anyone else know. They wouldn’t understand. How could anyone understand? He’d always been attracted to…feline forms. More than was healthy. More than any sane person would be. He’d always kept himself in check. He’d never done anything deemed…inappropriate with his beloved Dark Nation.
But oh, how he’d been tempted.
And the SOLDIERs…they looked very feline despite the fact they were suppose to be wolves.
It was enough to drive him insane.
A finger flicked his ear and Rufus snapped his head around to glare at Tseng. The older man always knew when Rufus’ attention was wandering more than it should. The boy sat up straighter in surly compliance.
As he drew his attention back into the meeting, Rufus wondered what Tseng would look like with soft, black, triangular ears swiveling on top of his head.
