Chapter 9
Disclaimer: I don't own FFVII nor any of it's items/locations/characters, if I did, then Zack would be able to live along with Aeris. Just like in the Japanese version, damn it!
Author's comments: It's a very short chapter but I hope the next one will be longer. I'm shocked. 2000 people have read this story. Excuse me while I go and hide.

Resurrection Ch. 9

"Do you really think that's wise?" Yuffie asked, frowning as the group turned towards her. " I mean, if they were together in the past, then wouldn't they be together now?"
Tifa smiled brightly. "Of course! They were friends in the past right?"
Incredulous eyes turned towards her and Yuffie started to say something when Cid slammed his hand over her mouth, effectively silencing her and shook his head at her furious gaze.
"Right, Tifa." Vincent said, slowly nodding. "They were just friends,"

Cloud cried out Zack bit painfully into the flesh where his neck met his shoulder and sobbed as Sephiroth cruelly nipped at his ribs. Only minuets ago Cloud had handed them the cure materia and he instantly regretted that decision as Zack gave a hard pinch to one of his nipples and when the silver-haired man dragged his teeth over his stomach, Cloud's instincts went into high-gear.
"THAT IS ENOUGH!"
With a firm shove, Cloud sent both Zack and Sephiroth on the floor, glaring at both men. "I am NOT some naïve virgin that you can constantly fuck just for the hell of it, leave me to rest on my stomach and then when it strikes your fancy, fuck me again!"
Sephiroth and Zack stared.
"Unless either of you have noticed," He snarled, grabbing a blanket and wrapping it around himself. "I'm pregnant!"
"He's pregnant," Zack whispered.
"He's pregnant," Sephiroth whispered.
Ex-General and ex-Soldier exchanged glances and in a singsong voice sung: "He's pregnant!"
The phone rang.
Cloud's eye twitched and he groaned as Zack and Sephiroth stood, waltzing around the destroyed room, over fallen bookcases, shattered pictures and materia. While the duo danced, Cloud crawled out of bed and picked up the bed, rubbing his hips.
"Cloud? It's Nanaki."
Ignoring the singing, Cloud turned his back on the insane duo and suddenly wondered how Nanaki could have dialled the phone. "Nanaki? I've been wanting to talk to-"
"HE'S PREGNANT!"
The phone dropped and Cloud growled low in his throat, turning towards the duo. His mako blue eyes blazing in fury. "If either of you says another word, I'm gonna tie both of you down and be on top for once!"
Silence and Cloud turned back to the phone, picking it up and clearing his throat. "Nanaki?"
Coughing on the other side and Cloud flushed at Nanaki's response. "Yes, um, how are things over there?"
"Fine, perfectly fine. The bedroom is destroyed, I have a kitchen knife in the bathroom sink because Zack tried to kill Sephiroth with it and now the two lunatics are singing and dancing!"
Silence on the other end of the phone and Cloud suddenly wondered if he shouldn't have added that last part about the dancing. "I see, very well then. Bye!"
Cloud pulled the phone away and stared at it before slowly placing it back down and turned around.
Zack and Sephiroth were both standing behind him, their hands hidden behind their backs and Cloud whimpered.
"Oh god, not again."

Aeris huffed and stomped her foot, trying to get someone's attention as she stood in the hospital room, glaring at the occupants. Cid was trying to strangle Yuffie; Vincent looked down right evil and Tifa... Tifa was Tifa. Nobody noticed as she kicked Barret in the shin or as she attempted to speak.
Aeris growled.
"WILL ONE OF YOU FUCKING NOTICE ME FOR PLANET'S SAKE?!"
"Aeris?"
Everybody instantly turned to Nanaki who had entered the room, staring at what everyone assumed to be empty air space. "Aries? Is that you?"
"GHOST!" Tifa shrieked and fled from the room, her large perky breast bouncing with her every movement as she ran.
Yuffie rolled her eyes and crossed her arms, moving to stand beside Vincent's bed. "That girl needs to learn to calm down!"
Ignoring one and all, Nanaki tilted his head to the side, his eyes faintly glowing. "What are you doing here, Aeris?"
The Ancient sighed. "To many things, to little time. All you need to know is that Cloud is telling the truth and try and keep Zack away from Vincent."
Nanaki nodded and turned to the rest of the room. "She says Cloud is telling the truth of the child he carries and..." his eyes narrowed on Vincent. "She says to make sure Zack stays away from Vincent."
Vincent raised an eyebrow, Cid blinked and Barret rubbed his neck.
"Anything else?" Barret finally asked.
Nanaki turned back to Aeris and swished his tail. "It appears she's gone."

Aeris glared at the energy floating around her and glared harder. Okay, so she had used up just a tad too much energy with talking to Nanaki, making Vincent's gunfire and pretty much everything else she had done. That didn't mean the planet had to give her a time out!
"FUCKING PLANET!"
