Cloud looked up at Sephiroth from the kitchen table.
“Seph?”
“Hmm?” Was the sign of listening from behind the newspaper.
“Why do you think Squall changed his name to Leon? Cause It's Squall, not Leon.”
“Hn.”
Cloud frowned.
“Are you listening to me?”
“Hn.”
“I'm having an affair with Vincent.”
“Hn.” Sephiroth began to turn the page of his newspaper, before he realized what cloud had actually said.
He tilted the edge of his newspaper down.
“Reno would kill you.”
“Got your attention though, didn't it?”
“For your information, Cloud, I think Squall changed his name to Leon so he could escape.”
“Oh...I guess that makes sense.”
“Yes, Oh.”
There were a couple more minutes of silence.
“Seph?”
“Hn?”
“Where do you think Vincent comes from?”
