Nice chapter and hot! I wonder what will happen when and if Seifer finds out what the whole racing thing was about. I wouldn't want to be in Nida's place! And that landlord! I can't wait to see Seifer expressing his feelings to Squall but I guess this will be somewhat late ;-P oh and don't worry about the updates, I hope you update soon but don't pressure yourself you're doing a great work!

i love this story so much!! smut with plot is definitely the best ^_^ i liked teo being added to the smut, theres just something about that teacher-student relationship thats just so hot! aww and seifys finally falling in love with squall ^____^ im glad the landlord got beat up too, he was asking for it! i cant wait for more! and if you want another beta id be happy to help, with this or other stories (dont worry, i do use caps and punctuation, just not in internet posts >_<)

Yeah Seif is a bastard but that's a side of him we (well at least I) like sooo much. I'm sure Seif can show a better side of himself if he wants to ;-) anyway, I'm a big fan of your fic and I am so checking every day for your next release!
